RecommendedWe have an older Sundance hottub that we changed the heater/thermostat/circuit board and the hi limit sensor on. It would not work even though each component tested good. We called Robert at Arctic Home Living and he was able to guide us through the possible problems. He had an idea right from the start but checked it out before saying replace this, replace that. Instead of over $500 to replace a part that was not broken, we removed a couple of jumpers from the circuit board and things work great. Thanks Robert!
RecommendedThese guys are AWESOME!!! My Jacuzzi had an error and wouldn't heat at -22, and they were two weeks out for repairs. Robert helped me troubleshoot the problem over the phone! Then went above and beyond to help me get the part to my house! I replaced the pump when it warmed up, with his guidance again over the phone. Now we are enjoying it again!!! Thanks Robert!!! We had such great service from Robert at Arctic Home Living. We needed a new circuit board for our aging tub, which they were able to order. But the real help was walking us through installing it and hooking it up correctly, all via phone calls and emails. Robert cheerfully spent a great deal of time solving our issue.

I Inherited an older tub and even know it was not purchased through them their customer service was very professional and fast. I was so impressed with their help in pinpointing the problem and resolving it quickly. Their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.
