RecommendedWe purchased our new Certa Sundance Hot Tub last fall. The hot tub has matched our expectations and the Sales Staff, Service Manager and techs have professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. The one water clarity issue that we experienced was dealt with today by the Service Manager Robert Dibble 11 and the tech Ivan who resolved the issue same day. Thank you all for a job well done. We have an older Sundance hottub that we changed the heater/thermostat/circuit board and the hi limit sensor on. It would not work even though each component tested good. We called Robert at Arctic Home Living and he was able to guide us through the possible problems. He had an idea right from the start but checked it out before saying replace this, replace that. Instead of over $500 to replace a part that was not broken, we removed a couple of jumpers from the circuit board and things work great. Thanks Robert!
