I had a problem with my older hot tub. I talked to the guys at the Anchorage outdoor show last weekend and they told me they could fix my problem. We set up an appointment and the Service Tech, Bob, showed up on time and had my tub fixed in under an hour. I will be looking for a newer tub later this year, and Arctic Home Living is where I will shop.

We had been shopping for a hot tub for about 5 years and decided last summer to get serious about one. Went into the store to learn what was going to work for our family and the staff was knowledgable and up front. No hard sells or slimy sales people.
