My mum was moved to archmoor care home after being treated terribly at another care home. She has been like a different person since being here she’s always lovely and clean and very happy. I can’t thank Sharon enough for all she has done for our family and the staff are great xx
Wouldn't put my parents in here, the staff are lovely and work hard to care for the residents, the manager on the other hand is a different matter, she is out of touch with the staff who get no support whatsoever as she is too busy sitting in her office in the dark with the door shut usually saying word games on the computer. Doesn't care about the staff, let's the home run short staffed and does nothing aboutvit
My dad was in here on rest bite for 3 weeks.. He was put in here after 3 weeks in hospital... After 5 days the manager Sharon finally introduced herself and told me she had reffered my dad back to social services as a emergency9 and recommendation he would be better at home as he wanted to go home.. My dad had started with dementia and would refuse to get in bed.and wonder around It was made clear they wanted my dad to leave.. Do not put your family in here. At the Weekends the residents are put in there nightwear at dinner time and taken to bed after there tea. I moved my relative because of my concerns.
