We live in Glasgow. My wife found a car on the website, so we called and made a deal over the phone, this took several calls, but after a day of calls they said we had deal. The deal was she trades her 2012 Dodge Journey, I trade my 2003 Jeep Cherokee and $1500 cash, we get a 2013 Explorer with the same payments ($409) and same APR (7.99%). So we drove 300 miles down to Billings with 2 cars expecting to get this deal. It took 2 hours at the dealership for them to offer us both cars and$6400 down, payments of $450 @ 11.99%. On a road trip to Yellowstone and our brakes went metal on metal in the mountains as we got into Yellowstone. Friday night, nothing could be done on the weekend so we had to deal with it. Knew we were coming thru Billings and made an online appt. They got us in and out in a couple hours, great work, great people, and it was less than they quoted us. Great service Dept at a great dealership!

Had a hit and run incident that left my car needing a lot of front end body work and an entire drive axel. Through my insurance, Progressive, they are a guaranteed repair shop which means the work they did to my car is guaranteed for life. That made me feel very confident that the situation would be handled well. It was handled very efficiently and timely getting the car back to me two days before the original finish date. I had my car ran into and this company will not fix my car after they just fixed it because some of the parts that they put on don't fit my car or they don't work with my car so need me to say my car is still having problems someone help please

Bought our truck from them a year ago and couldn't be more pleased with the service. I can't remember the name of our salesman but he was easy going, no pressure and the whole experience was nice. This was especially nice after we had just gone through a horrible experience at Denny Mendholt. Gave archie another chance, which was a clear mistake. Wrote on paper they'd fix the problems on pre-owned vehicle I paid for, yet been in 3 times and still hasn't been fixed correctly. Another unhappy customer is what it seems.
