They are always yes we will take care of an issue..... doesn't happen. The latest was a service call while on vacation and the reimbursement for a portion of the towing. This was in August that they would make sure we got the check. Well it's February and no check. Lots of lip service and NO follow through.

I had just dropped off my 2011 f 150 for its latest oil change. The service was great as usual. The workers are very friendly and prompt. If I had one complaint it would be a minor one in that they did not reset the gauge after they were done. I repeat it was minor but great service over all.
We bought a new vehicle. We were very happy with the salesman. After purchasing the truck it wouldn’t start with 800 miles. I took into a dealership and spent 10 hours and it didn’t fix the problem. The next day my truck was dead again. After numerous attempts they finally put a new battery In the truck. Once the truck was purchased they didn’t want to help fix the problem and still won’t return calls. They have no problem reaching out when you want to buy but they disappear after you make the deal.
I have always received the best service and great buying experiences. They treat their customers like we are part of the Ford family. Stop in and see Devin and Mike in sales, and Chuck in service. They will take care of you.
I recently inherited a 2008 F150. It had been in the garage for a while and only had 37000 miles. Charles at the service shop walked me through all the maintenance required. Great customer service.
