Amazing. I broke down in a snow and ice storm loosing the driver side wind-shield wiper movement forcing me to switch my cross country path through Billings to take a hotel. In the morning I drove straight to Archie Cochrane Ford and was literally greeted at the door by Rick from service. Recently bought a new used pickup. Salesman (Matt) was great, friendly, not pushy at all - real personable. Truck itself was clean, and checked out by my mechanic as a good buy. They did try to work with me on trade in although I didn't get as much as I hoped, and I now wish I would have just kept it and sold it myself. Great customer service! I Can’t say enough good about Archie! There service center is quick and gets the problems fixed right. (After the fact of me buying the truck, we had several concerns and they quickly jumped on getting them resolved.) Body shop as well. They were able to get my truck in within a week of my accident, Excellent experiences. Will definitely purchase more vehicles here. And continue to have my truck serviced here too.
