If buying a new vehicle this place is great, if buying used or trying to get repairs done... Don't waste your time, I brought my truck in for a simple 4 hours worth of work, 4 days later I get my truck back, 1 day the service manager didn't even know where any of his mechanics where, never called, couldn't get ahold of him, had to drive 50 plus miles each way everyday just to get updates on my truck, had a brand new factory brake controller installed and left with dash lights when I brought truck in without any!?!? I would like to say that I had the opportunity to meet with Mike and he was great. My previous concerns and complaints have been taken care of. He took the time to listen to me and actually let me know he cared about what was going on. He and Ford have taken the initiative to correct the problem and resolve my issues. Thank you again for all your help.
I have purchased 3 new f350 with all the bells and whistles in the past 3 years. I had all of my regular service work done by them etc. Great company

They still have my suv! How can you say "HASSLE FREE " . We went down last week to get it, cause it was suppose to be done. Can't remember the guys name, but you could tell he didn't want to cause it was close to closing time! Called again and they said it was done. NOPE!!!!!!!! Mike Weiland and Jenifer were amazing to deal with!
Service team was upfront and honest with me. Needed an oil change and to have some brake / rotor work done. Not only was I satisfied with the results, they called me two days after my appontment to follow up to see how the new breaks were treating me. That was a nice touch! Also, the service team is very friendly, and Don Hofer is a stand up guy. Well done team!
