The team at Archers Estates, both in person and on the phone, have been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process of selling our property and purchasing a new property. Would thoroughly recommend and certainly use again.
We have just finished buying a house with Archers dealing with the purchase. Sam was amazing with answering questions with quick response and always communicating any changes or updates through the long process. We had dealt with other estate agents before this where we had no idea what was happening and minimum contact. Just bought my first flat and had quite possibly the worst conveyancers to ever exist, I almost lost the flat because of it. However Sam was fantastic and was so helpful keeping the vendors involved and had great communication with everyone involved throughout the process. Thank you, Sam!
Rude and arrogant. Called to enquire about a property. The answer to every question I asked was "Look online" I immediately understood all the 1 star reviews of this place. The info I wanted wasn't listed online. I wanted to know if the information saying that the flat had two allocated parking spaces was correct. My suspicion was that it wasn't.
