Corey Hayes, my sales rep., was very helpful throughout the whole process.
Great sales person...I give Mr. Johnnie Bass an A+...
Very friendly and made the buying experience very easy.
Good price and easy process of sales
Great knowledgable staff, not pushy! Got what I wanted and it did not take all day!
The only reason my husband even agreed to let me trade my 2012 Routan in after having it for 13 months was because it was Archer VW and Johnnie Bass and Karim. They are family!! Our daughter starts driving in 3 years by that time my CC is almost paid for and time for a new VW for me.
Cory Hayes was a scholar and a gentlemen! Great experience now a life long fan of VW!
After owning two slow '63 and '74 Beetles in my youth, I had promised myself to never buy another VW. I love the engineering sophistication of the Tiguan, both mechanically and software, and my wife is ecstatic. At the dealership, she kept opening and shutting the doors just to hear the "shunk" sound of quality. Happy wife, happy life, great dealership.
These guys are great! Come and do business here
