I was greeted immediately in the service drive by the technician that performed my service. The tech listened to my concerns about driving noise and a slight pull to the left. He checked my tire pressure and found out that I had 30 extra pounds of pressure in each tire. After service the road noise and pull were MUCH better. Thanks to Joey.
