The thing that stood out to me in our recent purchase was that the dealer, Carl Schaeffer, and the finance person, Rick Richard, demonstrated that they actually cared about the customer. It was a pleasant experience and would recommend them and their dealership to anyone.
Put a deposit on a car on Friday had to take the car back on Monday and they still haven't given me back the difference. Very poor customer service
