Thank you all for being so wonderful!!! I have had Daniel as my Service Advisor for many years now and he has always been wonderful in assisting me with any issue, problem or need with my VW. He is truly one reason I have stayed with Archer VW. The work and repairs that are done on my cars is always handled as a priorety and although loaner cars are no longer an option, all Service Advisors at Archer do their best to accomodate. Thank you all for being so wonderful!!!

Really fun service Although I live within a mile of another VW dealership, I've been coming to Archer for 7 (?) years to get my car serviced -Everyone there is genuine and friendly - I feel treated like a person, rather than a customer they need to 'manage'. Mark was a true gentleman Mark was a true gentleman and explained everything in detail. He was persistant in getting the dip stick holder installed correctly that was not air tight when I brought it in. He was very professional and easy to deal with. An asset to their team.
