Carlos was great Carlos was great and even called me after I purchased the car to make sure everything was going great. He seemed very knowledgeable, although sometimes I couldn't understand him perfectly because of the think accent, but that wasn't a big deal.
Service was good Service was done as asked for on my 2012 Volkswagen and that everything that was done was explained to me. I understand that brining a car for service on a Saturday can take a little longer, but the service tech that took our request seemed to make it sound like it would take a very long time to complete. It wasn't that bad, but Saturday hours are really essential since I cant drop a car off during the week days because of my job location and times I work.
See you again This is my third purchase from this company and definitely won't be the last.
