Hands down the worst experience at a car dealership period. I tried to do the internet sale with a horrible sales associate Kirk Hudnall(my opinion). The horrible customer service led me to the BBB and other pages to read reviews..not nice. If you have a complaint don't call because the owner Robert Archer will give you the run around and tell you to call him back to never answer.
