Total lack of communication. The chain of command has broken links in it that need to be fixed before someone is hurt. Nurses can’t do anything because those above on chain of command are not commentating to each other
RecommendedTook hubs in for surgery. Was most impressed with procedures in place for admission to dismissal.
Better hope you know this place is billed as an emergency room and not urgent care. I got stuck with a much larger bill than should have. If I would’ve known it’s billed as emergency room I would’ve gone to a real one and got the services I paid for.
Recommendedmy mom was on life support 💔 and they helped her alot ...they made sure in ICU I had a blanket and pillow I stayed there with her at night and during day ❤️ thank you all so much
this hospital has gotten so bad and very non caring for the elderly patients

RecommendedThe nurse Parker on Floor 5 was so good to my daughter when she had her surgery on March 20. She was always smiling and made a hard surgical procedure a little easier. She is a keeper.
