My husband came into the ER this past Saturday night having a heart attack and after 3 stints came home on Tuesday. Thanks to great care in the ER, ICU and CPU and Dr. Diwan. I am thankful for everything.
Was just in the ER with our autistic son who had a fever of 104. Had been waiting for over an hour. Obviously small children aren't gonna want to sit still or be quiet in a waiting room for hours, especially special needs children.. then a cop comes out & rudely tells us to control our kid... even the people around us were stunned. I just lost all respect for archbold
Everyone is not equipped for the job. Education is mandatory but your heart is priority.
The doctors and nurses wher very nice the never left me by myself it is the best hospital i have ever been to

My mom started off in the ER where everyone treated her with concern and care. I have never seen an ER quite like Archbolds. From the ER she went to the 7th Floor where she was treated with respect and kindness in a room that had a great view. All the staff on the 7th floor, North tower, were the best! From Doctors, Nurses, Nurse techs, and House cleaning, I never seen a more caring staff�. Thanks for taking care of our Mom!
I had a very pleasant experience yesterday. Everybody was very friendly & helpful. They seemed very concerned with my comfort & well being, each one introduced themselves to me & my daughter-in-'law, they explained each procedure & how long it would take. I'm a nurse so I know when somebody is not doing what they are supposed to do. Couldn't have asked for any better care.
