The nurses on staff at the ER Saturday were so rude and disrespectful to my elderly mom that broke her shoulder. If you have no compassion and empathy, find a new career. They rolled their eyes at my parents and dismissed our concerns.
This is a good hospital, the staff is very friendly,
Everyone is awesome. Even the CT tech that did my scan last week stopped and sat with me in the waiting room to make sure everything was going ok until they took me upstairs. I love the home town feel where people care about the patient and not just moving you in and out, in and out. Thanks to everyone that took great care of me. I couldn't have asked for better care!
I've been a patient here and I must say I never left satisfied and especially not willing to give it a 5 in ratings....until today. I can honestly say 5 th floor IMCU, u guys did an exceptional job taking care of my daughter. I have to give a special recognition to RN. Mrs. Katie Atkinson. From the time u came to work until my daughter was released u went above and beyond to take care of her. U put a smile on my child's face every time you came in the room. I can’t recommend a hospital anymore than this one, compared to other hospitals nearby, the staff alone is excellent and caring. You can tell the hospital takes care of them and it isn’t a chore to be here and do their jobs. The doctor I saw was EXTREMELY friendly and took his time to explain to me what was going on. Everyone from check in to discharge was great and you can’t say that for many places. It’s a good feeling knowing you’re going to be taken care of and not rushed out.
