They are very unprofessional! They just care about money. You can be in the waiting room about dead and they don’t care! It’s just a big circus.
the Dr's and nurses are great but the staff security sucks and are rude... the whole covid plandemic has people acting without common sense. only one way in, and don't try to get back to your loved one if it's between visiting hours. even if the Dr has told you he was gonna talk to you and the patient that morning about 7am..... cuz they won't let you in before visitation begins at 7:30 🤔🤬

RecommendedHad great staff and the doctors and nurses are great took great care of my brother. But the security team at the front door needs to learn how to treat families. Very rude woman that setting at that door . Family going thru enough without someone that thinks they are a high sheriff are judge acting the way she acted . Very good staff and fast work
People could be more friendlier and helpful. Many are rude and seem like they do not want to be there. They treat others unkindly and rude, including myself. I would not recommend this facility. Not fundamental or any type of standards, especially trying to help others.
Wonderful service while at Archbold! Despite the pandemic all staff members were able to assist us and work through the obstacles of the new rules in place. Nurses were prompt and delivered excellent care!
From ER to 2nd floor to Cath Lab everyone was wonderful and took excellent care of David! Huge shoutout to the phlebotomy team and PCT for all their hard work😍❤️
I'm here with my wife for a heart cath. Beautiful facility. Staff seems competent, courteous and helpful. I would come here for my next stent.
