I’ve had work carried out on my vehicle by Arch Motors on several occasions and have consistently had a positive experience. I was kept well-informed throughout each visit regarding costs, timeframes, and progress. On one occasion, when the work couldn’t be completed the same day, I was provided with a courtesy car, which was greatly appreciated. The company I work for also uses Arch Motors for their fleet maintenance, which speaks to the reliability and quality of their service.

Booked my car in for a service and mot, the car failed but nothing was to much trouble for them, great service throughout, had my car back same day with a pass.
Went here for tracking done on my car the other day. They were so polite and friendly as I entered - they were doing the tracking at a very good price. Within five minutes sam had my car up on the ramp and came back to me with an issue, which he was so kind enough to show to me and explain to me in depth and detail.
