Arcadia is the best college living ever! It feels like a home away from home. It is so classy and the employees are always willing to communicate and work with you. Wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!
Beautiful place and amenities but the overages every month are crazy! I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt to see what the bill would be after they were home for 3+ weeks but the overage fee even after they weren't there over holiday break was ridiculous. They took all precautions when leaving prior to break by turning the thermostat down, etc. Poorly insulated apparently!
Arcadia has definitely exceeded my off-campus living expectations. Although there are other places to live in Milledgeville that offer different deals, I discovered that only Arcadia has the ability to make me feel like I am home. The modern design of the community, as well as the amenities and services offered, contribute to my decision to remain at Arcadia until I graduate.
Arcadia on the River is a great place to live ! Living here is honestly like no other , and the best place to live in town . The community is very friendly and we have awesome amenities ! Personally , I love Arcadia and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else .

Arcadia is a great place to live, where we are able to have an entire two story house to ourselves. The amenities are phenomenal, and a lot of things they provide, such as the tanning bed and the basketball/volleyball courts, you would have to pay for outside of your rent if you lived anywhere else. Can't wait to live here again next year!
I’m so happy I’ve decided to live at Arcadia on the River! It’s such an amazing place to live. It’s so pretty an the staff is amazing. Especially my homegirl Melissa Escudero. She’s awesome and she kicks butt every day. She’s great at her job! Y’all should give her a raise. She gave me a tour once and I loved it so much I toured it again!
