RecommendedThe place is regularly broken into. Maintenance NEVER fixes anything. They don’t care about the people. They wouldn’t even put up cameras when a man had his truck STOLEN. The door in our house doesn’t lock and I don’t feel safe living here. They have fined all the members of our house several times for things that we didn’t do and we have to speak with management almost daily.
DON’T LIVE HERE. Aside for the appealing look, this complex has given me the worst living experience I have ever had. They are a prime example of another money hungry business looking to drain college student pockets! The people on staff are unprofessional, rude, and the office does nothing that they say they will do. Arcadia’s attention to detail and resident inclusion is unparalleled. They always host events that keep everyone interested, sparing no expense. The service is great, the amenities are top notch, and the employees are friendly and qualified. The place is clean, accessible, and exceptionally organized. I highly recommend living here. My experience, thus far, has been only positive.
Great place to live! The staff at Arcadia are the best- fast to reply to messages, handle maintenance orders, & always friendly!
Please do not consider staying here they charge $150 if your child loses a front door key, and all my child's friends and her have lost the front door you will be billed $150 each time. it's an RFID Card that they give you it's white and they're setting your kids up to fail. If they would just give you a regular key to access your house they would not be lost like this and they would not have to charge this kind of a rate to replace keys.
