RUN, DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPLEX Lipstick on the Pig! Arcadia "looks" nice on the outside but the day to day operations, communication and staff interactions are deplorable. Upon move out after 2 years as a resident my student was charged exorbitant fees covering items that fall under "normal wear and tear". Very difficult monthly payment options - charges for credit card payments, needing to snail mail paper checks to them to avoid extra fees. Looks pretty on the outside but buyer beware!
After living in Arcadia for two years, I have lost count at the amount of times Arcadia’s poor communication and overall greediness has frustrated me. Arcadia’s staff used to have a number of adult workers, and in what I assume was an attempt to save money Arcadia switched to having nearly all student workers which has caused every single problem (big and small) to require an immense amount of effort from the residents to fix, as student workers are usually not prepared to handle the problems we bring to them. Do not charge a resident utility bills after they check out of their apartment! In addition, you need to vastly improve your roomate matching survey. My son was paired up with two older grad students who had many items in their apartment that were in direct violation of the lease and rules!!!!!!!

Highly insensitive and rude management. Not understanding at all. Can’t even have a conversation with them. Very rude and condescending. They also make up charges at move out, like non existent holes. And cleaning fees when it was left cleaner than it was at move in. BEWARE!
This place is so poorly run. I am out of state in law school and spoke to someone about returning my keys before my lease was up. The employee informed me that I could mail the keys without any issue. I was called today, for the first time, and was told that I would be charged $75 for EVERY hour I didnt return the key. I stepped out of class to call them back and was told by the manager that she could not help and I would still be charged regardless of what the employee said. Highly recommend Arcadia not only to my friends but to anyone! It’s a great place to live for student living and there are so many wonderful great amenities! The staff and maintenance are super nice! If I had to rate Arcadia I’d give them an 11/10.
