Love living here! I especially like that there’s a dog park so there are plenty of opportunities for puppy play dates! The staff is so friendly and they’re always ready and willing to help. This is definitely the best student housing I’ve ever stayed in
I’ve lived at Arcadia on the River for two years and have signed to live here again next year! I have loved living at Arcadia for the beautiful homes, incredible amenities and kind staff! Life is always better on the river :)
Don't threaten students and parents. Don't be so far off campus that students don't want to live there after the initial charm of the newness wears off. Run your shuttle service as you advertised that you would. Those would be a good start.
The best place in the world �
They charge for anything and everything and are unreasonable about it. It’s like you’re a kid again and you ask why they’re asking you to pay $1300 for minor damages to a cheap couch and they say ‘because I said so’. They won’t follow their own rules that are clearly stated in the leasing contract and are extremely condescending when you disagree with their management. 0/10 would not recommend living here unless you like to burn money for fun.
I have loved living here! And there are some fantastic employees here who go above and beyond for the residents, whether there’s an issue with your cottage or even if you’ve got a flat tire in the scorching summer heat.
Arcadia is really nice and the staff are all very friendly! They offer so many great amenities, too, and they host tons of events for residents!
Living at Arcadia is like living at a resort! The staff is extremely well-trained & friendly & the amenities are out of this world!
