Arcadia has been such a fun place to live! Although it is an off campus site, the bus makes it easy to get to campus and other places (sometimes the bus drivers even bring you snacks) and the amenities outweigh the cost of being off campus. Any time I need anything the staff is quick to respond and help out in any way they can, which is not the case in other places I have lived. The management here is by far the best you'll find in regards to student living in Milledgeville. The cottages have very open floor plans that don't feel like you're stuck in a regular apartment. The amenities are great and the management consistently puts on events for residents.
Arcadia on the river has been such an enjoyable place to live! Being a little further from campus is completely worth it because of the nice cottages, all the amenities (way more than any place in milledgville has to offer), and the amazing management staff on site! Andy, Jake, and Melissa along with the other staff always go out of their way to say hello and ask about your day! I have loved living here this year and it was a very easy decisions for me and my roommates to quickly resign!

Arcadia is truly the best Milledgeville has to offer. So many amenities and everyone that has ever come to visit me have always remarked about how they want to live here! The only negative comments people have said were when construction was still going on during August. Now ,however, with construction finished Arcadia has truly proven themselves.
