Undoubtedly one of the best student housing units in Milledgeville!! The houses and community are beautiful and the office staff (especially my gal Melissa Escudero) are extremely accommodating and super friendly. I could not be happier with my decision to live here!

Living in Arcadia has been a good experience so far. The staff are willing to help and there are great amenities to use like the pool, basketball court, and sauna. I would recommend living in Arcadia to any students that go to GCSU or GMC.
I am constantly impressed with the unmatched service of the Arcadia staff! I love the spacious floor plans and the many amenities that are offered in the community. I would highly recommend Arcadia to everyone!

Great community and amenities! The house is a good size with okay utilities. The gym is really nice and the sauna is my fave. During the summer the pool is filled with all the residents and it's very relaxing. The only problem is a lot of things have broken and the overages have been crazy some months even when we use less electricity and don't ever have heat or ac on...
Arcadia on the river has been great place to live, has great amenities and prices for the cottages. Would definitely recommending in signing!!!
