Always found this to be a super helpful and friendly service. Couldn't recommend more highly. Great at giving ongoing prevention advice as well as treating injury as well.
James is a really personable person and has helped me so many times with sports injuries. Having had a rotator cuff issue on and off for the last few years I was struggling to find a physio who could help me recover for the long term. After seeing James for one session he gave me specific exercises to work on daily as well as advice on what would also help in terms of lifting in the gym.l without causing further damage. I've been seeing James at ARC Physio for over 5 years now. I've had back issues all my life with having a manual job and with doing Judo, playing Rugby. I can always rely on ARC to put me back together. James is a wealth of knowledge, not only with his treatment but the exercise plans he sets to help aid recovery. They really have kept me doing the sports I love and in work. I can't Thank them enough.
