Added review to prevent it being “false”. Came with my wife and the place had no parking! Had to park in front of hairdressers and get shouted at! Then the show room just smelt off and the staff were incredibly rude. Didn’t really wanna hand my money to a woman so rude.

After completing their Arc Build processes, Arc Kitchens and Bathrooms renovated the full downstairs including Kitchen, Bathroom and hallway with flooring throughout. Tony spent a lot of time with us with numerous visits to both our house and their Morpeth showroom with designs being tweaked several times to get it right. Tony and his team more than fulfilled expectations in fitting our new bathroom. The design phase was extremely helpful and we were given an estimated time of two weeks to complete the job. Work started on time and progressed rapidly, with the necessary electrician, plasterer, joiner etc all turning up exactly when required. All were great guys and a pleasure to have in the house. The standard of workmanship was very high leading to a finished room with which we are delighted. It took only a week and a half to complete.

We have been delighted with Arc from start to finish. Tony, who designed the bathroom was very helpful and made great suggestions. Steve and Kyle who fitted the room were efficient, polite and helpful. We would certainly recommend this company.
