Went to Arby’s to pick up dinner. Simply asked to have an extra aus jus sauce, & was told they can’t complete special requests due to the fact there’s only two of them. Highly disappointed

Great experience and very friendly and nice folks working behind the counter...keep up the good work...my only suggestion is bring back the Arby-Q ( miss that sandwich )

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Went through the drive-thru and didn't get the sandwich I ordered so I had to go into the store to tell them. It turns out I got a sandwich that another couple had been waiting on and they hadn't even made my sandwich. The couple ended up with two of their sandwiches as an apology. I however had to ask them to hand me my sandwich after watching it be made and just sitting there and was offered nothing as an apology.

My drink had calcium buildup and black shit in it. I will not get food from there again for my family.
We went @ 8pm on a Sunday night. We were told $15 & change ($16&change was accurate). We were handed a bag with a cup of lettuce, side salad, and a fry. Our order? 2 sandwiches, 2 fries, and sauce.... because they had no turnovers!! We handed it back.. We left with 2 sandwiches.. 2 fries.. NO turnovers.. No sauces.. this is this us why we don't do fast food.
