Horrible customer service! The young lady in Drive thru tonight around 10:30pm had the nastiest attitude from the moment she answered the head set. No matter how nice I tried being to her she just still kept the same nasty attitude. I said thank you to her at least four times, she just ignored me every time, and at one point just slammed the window closed. As an Assistant Manager for a fast food restaurant I couldn’t fathom myself or my employees talking to or treating any of our customers like that.

the manager was rude and awful to the customer's!.. the food was not fresh!.. not recommend eating at this arbys!...

Went thru drive-thru. We live 4 blocks away. Our order was COLD & WRONG. Guess it will have to be another 2 years before we try again. And my Sprite was flat. The Sub-Way next door is always good.
