So sick of how hard it is to get an appointment then when you speak to a real person it’s a know it all receptionist with no medical experience telling you what to do instead of just filling in your information for a real doctor to see.
I required a non emergency appointment with a nurse. Surgery was easy to speak to, receptionist was friendly & efficient, managed to get a suitable appointment within 2 days. I was seen on time on the morning of my appointment by Nurse Beryl who was very thorough but also lovely & reassuring. On the whole, a very positive experience
