Been with arbour housing for 5 years, the house is falling apart not due to me it was already falling apart whenever I moved into it, the kitchen is terrible and they say that they would put in a new kitchen they haven't done that, now my control panel for the gas decided to stop working so I have been without gas since Friday and I have a baby in the house and rang on Friday and was told they can't do anything till Monday. The house is absolutely freezing and my baby has a cold now due to it
Everything is a problem, I didn't know which one to write.
