Verified Renter Overall staying in this community has been pleasant. My neighbors are quiet for the most part and do not bother one another. They are speak and talk with just enough socialization. The maintenance is great and responds within 24 hrs of request/issue.

Issues from the start and continued decline... I have been living here going on 2 years this fall, and I absolutely will not renew my lease here once it expires. I have had many issues from the day I moved in and some where addressed in an acceptable manner, others were absolutely not and if I had the funds, I would have even taken the property to court for one incident, There have been spurts where nothing has gone wrong which is nice, HOWEVER, the property as a whole is in decline most noticeably over the past 4 or 5 month... read more
Verified Renter I love the area - it's very quiet and peaceful. Neighbors are friendly; there are restaurants, urgent care clinic and pharmacies, and Walmart (short drive) - all within a walkable distance from the apartments!

Verified Renter Apartments are very nice. Very convenient location for grocery shopping and plenty of options for dining out. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. If you live on the first floor, be prepared to see bugs. We’ve seen centipedes, silverfish, beetles, and spiders inside our unit.

Verified Renter My lease is ending soon but it was a pleasure living here. The location is nice and I wish I had taken more advantage of the amenities. I didn’t give five stars because we get some bugs living on the ground floor, and there have been weights missing from the gym for a while.
