Verified Renter I have enjoyed living here. I am glad that the entrances have gained more security with the FOB key access. I definitely feel more safe. The dog park has been a wonderful amenity for my little dog. Close to the highway and all my shopping needs.

Verified Renter I am comfortable being a resident at Arbors at Arundel Preserve. My neighbors and I really keep to ourselves, but we know each other. I will always rave on the maintenance team as they show up and compete issues fast. The location of our apartments from the city, 295, and the casino is all an added plus.

Verified Renter Things are kinda going downhill around here. The elevator has been broke several times this year. There’s also missing and broken equipment in the gym.
Verified Renter It's close to work, shopping, fastfood and entertainment. I've never lost any packages and received every piece of mail since moving to my place. The neighbors are friendly, courteous and respectful. It's a very eclectic community: students, working people, families, military. Management is on top of things. The property is well maintained. Our building door just had a makeover. Trash is collected only on specific days, and leaving them out in the hallways outside of collection days is never encouraged. They ... read more

Verified Renter Best place to live. Rapid service, excellent employees, exteriors are beautiful! We have been here for 6 months, nothing bad to say. Exteriors are always clean, beautiful views. When requesting service from maintenance they always have the quickest response. Office employees are always smiling, customer oriented and they know your name. They have really good activities where you can get to know neighbors! I love it here.
