Verified Renter I just moved in, so far so good, minor wear and tear in the apartment, nothing major. worth the price point considering the economy were in. clean grounds, well kept property, tenants are putting their trash out early which makes me concerned for vermin. but we shall see. male staff is great.

Verified Renter Kitchen shelves have fallen 5 times; maintenance has been responsive and willing to try new things. The apartment is compact but well laid out. The front office is attentive and very reactive to requests. Overall a good apartment experience.

Verified Renter The staff are very friendly, the community is very nice. One thing that I didn’t like is that the apartment wasn’t very clean when they gave me the key it should’ve been cleaned very well but apparently it hasn’t!
Verified Renter Staying at Arbors at Arundel Preserve all in all has been a pleasant experience. As changes come about the majority of the staff has been as helpful and concerning as they can be. I enjoy the peace of the neighborhood and the convenience of living in this area. The maintenance crew for Arbors at Arundel Preserve on the norm are on top of request and attentive to the job orders.
