Verified Renter I have had a great experience living at the Arbors so far. The apartments are nice, maintenance is prompt and unobtrusive, and the amenities are very convenient and fun. The leasing office is also very helpful and the employees even go out of their way to plan events for the residents. Around the holidays they had a hot cocoa bar which was very nice, and this past March they reached out to food trucks and had them visit the apartments, which was a nice treat. Verified Renter Beautiful community, I love the pool and gym. But, I can hear everything that happens outside and above my apartment. The walls are just too thin and I don’t think that’s just an acceptable part of living in a large community which I’ve been told by office staff.

Verified Renter I enjoy seeing the property staying clean. This seems like a nice area to live. I am from out of state and this place feels like home. The only down side is, I have smelled some pet waste outside.

Verified Renter The lack of elevators in most of the apartment buildings is rather annoying, and the gates are remarkably difficult to use since you cannot buzz people in. Otherwise, things have been fairly positive thus far.
