Verified Renter The staff is great and very helpful. However, I was a little disappointed that I was supposed to move in. My apartment had not been cleaned properly. My cabinets are worn down really bad. I was told that they would be restain the vanity mirrors are very worn around the edges. I was told that they were going to try to replace that, Katie and the maintenance man really made sure that everything was in order before I moved in the next day. We’ve been at the Arbors since fall of 2019 and ha... We’ve been at the Arbors since fall of 2019 and have absolutely loved it! The leasing office and maintenance staff always go above and beyond.
