Great experience with the staff I personally have had a great experience with the staff so far at this property. I've lived here only a few weeks but the staff is friendly whenever I go to the leasing office with questions. Deanna in particular was facilitating my move-in and was awesome! Very quick to respond and always had the answers. The units are nice and the property is well-kept with great amenities.

Recommended to Service Members I've been living here for almost a year and my stay has been nothing but amazing. It is a short drive to Fort Meade and conveniently located near shopping malls, restaurants and the airport. The property is always clean and well maintained. Deanna and the property staff are always extremely helpful and accommodating with all my needs. I highly recommend anyone to check this property out, especially if you're moving to the Fort Meade area.

Just Perfect Wonderful place to live from the front desk staff (especially Deanna) to maintenance. Everything works like a well oiled machine. It is clean, safe, quiet, convenient, close to the highway, schools, grocery shopping and the mall. highly recommend this place for a retired couple to a new family, plenty of room for all.

Just Perfect I cannot say enough about this community. From front desk people, Deanna especially, to maintenance, Size of the apartment, cleanliness, quietness & convenience to stores in the mall, I don’t know why anyone would ever want to live any place else!

Love this Place!!! I've lived here almost 2 years, the atmosphere is wonderful, the maintenance team is so helpful and respond to request quickly. Deanna and Forrest have gone beyond in service for me several times in Tennant service!!!!

Awesome Staff Arbors at Arundel Preserve is a fantastic place to live. Deanna, Forest and the rest of the staff are fantastic to talk to and deal with. I am so happy I chose this apartment complex to live in.
