Staff is rude I went in with my fiancée to view an apartment only to be “greeted” by a rude man in the leasing office. Proceeded to cut me off when I was speaking and made me feel as if I wasn’t welcomed at all in the community. I was told I wouldn’t be able to tour without an id even though my fiancée provided hers. I have toured several other apartments and none showed me the disrespect I received today. Needless to say I will NOT be going back!
Everything you Expect for !! I love the management and faculty quick response in making your stay as pleasant and wonderful as you expect from such as great team .Neighborhood is safe and I enjoy my early morning runs and Fitness Center facility for workouts .

RecommendedGood experience living here. Everyone is friendly; Staff and maintenance people are very nice. We like the location. Close to airport, good enough local restaurants we enjoy.
Over 60 days and have not received my deposit back. Was told a check was issued in writing and today the truth came out - I’m sorry don’t know how this was overlooked it will be another week or two before you receive a check. Funny, eviction process thru MD District Court would have been filed regardless of how many times a tenant would apologize... Who didn’t do their job, and why am I having to pay the price??? This is how you get treated, and I actually enjoyed my time there! Way to go!!
NOISE Management is friendly, and the appearance of the aprtment looks very lucury. However, this apartment has critical problem. NOISE. It is not normal noise.. it is mechanical noise from somewhere of HVAC. Every hours, day and night, especially in your bedroom. Also, you can here the chatting sounds from the wall. During summer, you can experience that you are living in the engine room. Whole apartment community is filled with very noisy sound, outdoor and indoor of the apartment.
