Verified Renter I love living in the arbors, it’s very quiet, kid friendly, and a safe place, with lots of amenities and fun things to do in the area. Without a doubt the maintenance is good, and the staff in the rental office are very helpful.

Verified Renter They say it’s a smoke free community, but have yet to actually address those who smoke in common areas. They do not enforce pet waste pick up in common areas, I’ve even seen pet owners allow their pets to relieve themselves in front of other peoples apartments. When management has been addressed of issues whether it’s smoking, vacant cars in the parking garage, or pet waste not being picked up, all they do is send an email but don’t actually follow through with what the emails state.
