Although Alex is a friendly salesperson, the premium Mercedez car I purchased had a bunch of faults I had to deal with after purchase. All online checks and Alex himself did not mention any of those faults and nor did Warrantywise cover any of my costs (WW - this dealer automatically signed me upto only so he doesn't reduce the price). I spent £15K on the car plus £4 fixing it. I contacted Alex and he didn't respond!. Never again!.
My experience has been incredible, the guys were very kind, they helped me with everything, they are lovely, and the transaction was very fast. Thank you very much, I am sure I will return.
