My car was recovered by Arba after a crash, after which it was written off. I had personal belongings left in my vehicle, which had to be abandoned at the roadside. Arba gave the most excellent service, from answering the phone promptly and efficiently to Christian visiting my house 3 times to pick up the key and later to return my belongings. My car broke down in Gosforth and needed to get to the gateshead garage where I bought it to be repaired. Called Arba and they said they would be there in 30 mins which they were. Jason was excellent and had car on recovery vehicle in a few minutes. unloaded vehicle at garage for me then give me lift back home, nice one mate.

Jason come for us to recover my car straight away when we rang him. Excellent service and price very.practical.we would recommend him.And he gave us a lift back to Monkseaton on his way to another job.
