Mehran has done an excellent work for us in doing structural and plan approval drawings for our house rear and side extensions. He liaised with the planning permission and building control officers and the builder on our behalf and helped in timely completion of the project. Highly recommended !!

I had a single story extention done to allow me to work from home. The result is excellent. I must edit my review 3 years after. It turned out that Aranstruct did not obtain building regulations approvals. At the time of selling my house I found out about the risk of dispute with local council. After a lengthy process, I had to change external cladding to satisfy fire safety requirements. This remedial works costed me considerably. Logging my personal story would hopefully help others.
