What's a hopeless company! I missed the delivery and requested for the parcel to be redelivered the next day. But after 3 days I still have not received the parcel and when I called , they told me I still have to wait for another 2 days. And the lady on the phone was really rude.

Parcel given to wrong address even though address was not wrong, not even asking for proof from the person retrieving the parcel even though it clearly states my name, number, and address
I live in a secure apartment building so need to provide access details for delivery despite there being a list of access codes by the front door. Can drivers not take 3 seconds to READ the list? Also access details can't be added until the package is onboard for delivery. What the hell is up with that?
