Absolutely shocking service. My parcel came from the South Island to Hamilton. The app told me it was at Hamilton depot, and will it be delivered Friday, NEVER ARRIVED, app said would be delivered Saturday, NEVER ARRIVED, app then said delivered Monday, NEVER ARRIVED, app Vincent delivered Tuesday, it's now 4pm NEVER ARRIVED. I rung today to Chase parcel, and the receptionist hung up on me. Worse service ever!!

Received a package that was delivered by Aramax just now, the parcel.is ripped enough to be able to see contents of package, luckily it was of no interest to whom ever, it ordered Monday morning received on the Wednesday, great delivery response, but very poor handling and was it to bevome a victim of lost in the post had it been of interest?, too close to Xmas for thst kind of carry on, perhaps a dignature to dlow down all tampering!!

Came home after shopping, parcel was at my front door with a hole in the packaging a third of the size of the bag. It appears that somebody wanted to see what was in the package, decided they did not want the contents so just dropped it. If it was delivered like that a quick note of explanation from the driver would have been good.
