Lazy deliverer - explicitly told on parcel to deliver to the front door. Wahoo - let's just drop it in the mailbox and hope for the best. Not good enough. I rarely use this service because it has lazy folks there and I've seen them regularly driving in the Mackenzie country well past speed limits.
I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Aramex Timaru. We ordered four dining chairs online, with a confirmed delivery date of 4th June. Instead of delivering, they rang us asking to collect the parcel ourselves from their depot with a trailer — which completely defeats the purpose of paying for courier service. After we insisted it was their responsibility, they promised to deliver it on 7th June after the weekend. Place is never open.
UPDATED: I went to their office to collect a parcel which was supposed to be delivered but wasn't. I called the number for the parcel to be redelivered twice, and even though, I was assured that it would be delivered on two separate occasions- It wasn't !
