I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Aramex Timaru. We ordered four dining chairs online, with a confirmed delivery date of 4th June. Instead of delivering, they rang us asking to collect the parcel ourselves from their depot with a trailer — which completely defeats the purpose of paying for courier service. After we insisted it was their responsibility, they promised to deliver it on 7th June after the weekend. UPDATED: I went to their office to collect a parcel which was supposed to be delivered but wasn't. I called the number for the parcel to be redelivered twice, and even though, I was assured that it would be delivered on two separate occasions- It wasn't ! I'm very happy with the service today. My lost bag was picked up for me in Greymouth, and returned to me here within 24hrs. Nice to deal with
