Can’t follow directions on the label for where to deliver, despite contacting Aramex who say they will follow up, yet a few days later exact same issue occurred.

Horrible customer service! The ladies have no idea where they are, what's happening, no knowledge on anything. Absolutely terrible! I could only send a certain item back via them, so thats the o ly reason I had to use this service, but definitely won't use them for sending anything again. System is complicated and doesn't work, and the people "working" there, have no freaking idea either...

Was sent a parcel from overseas which supposedly arrived on 18th December. Despite me being at the property all day i never received the parcel, however did receive a card in the post box at the end of the row. I tried to rearrange delivery by phone but the lady on the phone had such an awful command of the English language i had to give up. Brought an item from the South Island. Company used Aramex as the courier company. All was going well, until it stopped half way from Taupo to Tauranga. I phoned up the tracking number, where the person (male) answered. This person was hard to understand. Though after a few goes he put an urgent track on my parcel. Phoned 1 hour later to see what was happening, this time a lady. Again hard to understand as both people English is their second language.
