Aramex delivery in Opotiki seems to be such an ignorant driver, no respect, caught on camera throwing my parcel from his van to my door. He even decided to u-turn on my lawn,of cause you'd get stuck and make a dam mess it was raining. No attempt at apologizing just verbal abuse. OPOTIKI DRIVER doesn't even deserve a star. Yes I contact Aramex who will only issue me with a file number still waiting...

Probably half the time that Amazon hands a package onto Aramex they falsely claim it was delivered and loose the package, and either take days to recover it or don't do anything. They are the least reliable courier company in NZ.

Trying to talk to someone at customer services is like trying to order a sandwich in kolkata, could understand a thing they said, called to report a dangerous courier driver and they couldn't give a damn, useless, reporting him to the police

I may have accidentally put down the wrong address but yall still could have at least put the parcel on the doorstep instead of by the street side letterbox where it inevitably wasnt there when i figured out what had happened
