Probably half the time that Amazon hands a package onto Aramex they falsely claim it was delivered and loose the package, and either take days to recover it or don't do anything. They are the least reliable courier company in NZ.

Trying to talk to someone at customer services is like trying to order a sandwich in kolkata, could understand a thing they said, called to report a dangerous courier driver and they couldn't give a damn, useless, reporting him to the police

I may have accidentally put down the wrong address but yall still could have at least put the parcel on the doorstep instead of by the street side letterbox where it inevitably wasnt there when i figured out what had happened

Didn't deliver to the right address went to see them at there depo and they said it happens all the time witch isn't really fair when it comes from across the world right to my city they mess it up and I'm only down the road wouldn't recommend anyone going with this delivery service its really disappointing and I do hav proof of wrong delivery cause they sent me a photo that wasn't my front door

aramex is the worst courier system. disorganized and when you call to solve a problem the customer service keep repeating over and over what you already know or can see on their website so they never provide an answer, they send your stuff all over the country and you never get it on time. if you buy something online, my advise is to make sure that to make sure that is not delivered by aramex. nz post or courier is the way to go. and 0 star review. not even 1 in response to your response to my review, been there done that in... read more
