Didn't deliver to the right address went to see them at there depo and they said it happens all the time witch isn't really fair when it comes from across the world right to my city they mess it up and I'm only down the road wouldn't recommend anyone going with this delivery service its really disappointing and I do hav proof of wrong delivery cause they sent me a photo that wasn't my front door

aramex is the worst courier system. disorganized and when you call to solve a problem the customer service keep repeating over and over what you already know or can see on their website so they never provide an answer, they send your stuff all over the country and you never get it on time. if you buy something online, my advise is to make sure that to make sure that is not delivered by aramex. nz post or courier is the way to go. and 0 star review. not even 1 in response to your response to my review, been there done that in... read more

A subcontractor shipped a moderate size item from Auckland to BoP using Aramex. 2 weeks later and the shipment has vanished into thin air. Attempts to call Aramex to locate the item were answered with "we can't be sure where it is", and inquiry tickets via their online portal were closed with zero response. Aramex's failure is now causing delays to a significant infrastructure project. Collecting the shipment yourself is a better option than involving this company.
