These clowns are absolutely terrible, package was sitting at the depot for well over a week, everyday a notification saying out for delivery and nothing turns up. Trying to ring customer service is even worse, you get hung up on or disconnected multiple times and when you finally speak to someone surprise suprise they can barely speak a word of English. Do yourself a favor and ask whoever is sending your package what company they use, if it's these idiots go elsewhere.

They really, really... go out of their fn way... to give you the most absolutely worst service, ever imaginable.. They will notify you they have your urgent parcel on board. But they can't find it, in their jumbled mess of a vehicle.. So they will drive it around town for another 5+ days just to humour us.. I paid a huge premium, for all this incredibly awful service...
