We work in a building in South Dunedin, I have asked before for parcels not to be left outside unattended, but it continues to happen. This last one was left in the garden at 0800, and there is no staff around till 0830. I have left them no requests for unsigned deliveries. Everyone else can get it right, but not these guys. Review upgraded to 4 Stars because the standard has definitely picked up, and now packages are getting delivered when we are open. Thankyou

Very unreliable. Didn't receive a calling card the first time they tried to deliver (which was required for requesting a redelivery). Was told it was given to the wrong courier driver. Customer service was supposed to inform me of the packages whereabouts but never did. Please no one use this service.
