This company leaves a "Sorry we missed you" card without actually attempting to contact the person at the delivery site. I was at home when the driver allegedly tried to deliver the item. No knocking of the door or ringing the door bell. I was appalled when I received an email from them saying no one was available to receive the item. It was Saturday by the way.

My parcel was to be delivered yesterday, it did not because the courier ran out of time. I was told it would be delivered this morning. It’s the afternoon and I still haven’t received it.

Honestly just a really frustrating courier company. I went the depot and they told me that I should collect my parcel at the bus stop mart. On their website it said collection point was at the city mini market. So I went to both places and they told me they do not collect parcels from aramex. Don’t know where my parcel is, wasted my time and petrol, especially in this economy. Over complicated.

I love using Aramex and never had any issues. However on my last order I had clear details to deliver to my work address an important overnight parcel which was delivered incorrectly. I launched 2 disputes to get my parcel and only received an update towards the end of the day. I ended up phoning to allocate my parcel and collect it myself. Aramex is great and will use them in future hope this is a one off and not a trend.
