Absolutely the most appalling delivery service ever. Takes anywhere from 7 to 10 days to get from auckland 2 hours away. Always delayed.. reviews shocking..no accountability, u say u endevour to make better service but u dont..no ph numbers.. will now take this to consumer affairs..had enough..
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! This is the third time there has been unexplained delays in my package delivery. One time I waited up to 10 DAYS!!! The most recent delivery was in Whangarei for 7 days before being delivered. Absolute trash. Whenever I have the option of choosing a courier company to deliver my packages, I choose every other option before this company. 0/10 ⭐️
Hopefully Aramex Whangarei don't attempt to break into the live organ delivery market - their estimated delivery times are *wildly* inaccurate and the helpline team only add to the frustration.
The guys at the depot where great would of given 5 stars but the off shore service center was crap didn't pass on my details to the depot
