Terrible communication. Impossible to talk to local courier
Do not recommend. Yet another lost parcel, not the first one this year but all from Aramex. Continues to be the worst courier we deal with in northland. Don't seem to have an issues elsewhere.
Several of my deliveries have taken over 2 days to get from Auckland to Whangarei!! Also, a few of my deliveries have arrived damaged!! I would not recommend Aramax to anyone, who lives in Northland!!
Worst courier company to even exist! Said my order was on its way from Auckland depot to whangarei , and somehow for the second time got lost on its way ? How does it just get lost from Auckland to whangarei ? Customer service representatives not helpful at all ! Couldn’t explain anything ! Do not trust the courier company !
