Very disappointing delivery experience. My parcel was originally due to be delivered on Tuesday, but by Wednesday morning the tracking status showed “More information required.” I called Aramex to ask what information was needed, but the team could not explain. Useless say they are gonna deliver it one day and 3 days later they reply to ur email and say they are manually searching the depo like?
