We had a delivery made to us today at 3 Burrell Road Extn at 3.35pm. We have an alarm & video on our door alerting us to any action from our gate with video pictures! The driver did not close the gate - fortunately we had our dog with us - PLEASE make your drivers aware that to close gates on leaving a property after delivery!
I'd like to thank Aramex for introducing us to a fascinating new logistics concept: refusing to collect parcels based solely on a driver's personal opinion rather than the actual measured weight. After carefully weighing all of our packages and ensuring they were within the declared limits, we were surprised to learn that the official scales apparently mattered less than a visual inspection from the pickup driver, who confidently declared our parcels "too heavy" and refused to take them. Aramex didnt even deliver my parcel to my address said it was delivered i searched the whole property and asked neighbours and couldnt find anything, and from what ive seen their customer service is useless so who knows if they will even help, most pathetic delivery service in new zealand
