Lost my order and really unhelpful when I phoned - bordering on rude. Still not resolved. Incredibly frustrating. Do not recommend. Sept 26 again having issues, phoned two days in a row for pickup that has just been left - customer service is in Asia they said, and promised pickup and are no help at all and now I am told parcel was rejected and would I like to book again. That will make no difference, very patronising customer service person that does not care one bit. Having to cancel booking and go to NZ Post Shop instead.... read more
Never received the parcel, no photos,
I’ve had a really great experience with this Aramex office. Whenever I come in to pick up a parcel, the staff find my package really quickly, so the whole process is always quick and easy. Returning parcels is also very straightforward and hassle-free, which I really appreciate. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and professional. Every time I visit, I’ve had a positive experience. Thank you for making parcel pickups and returns so easy and convenient!
The tracking app says it should arrive on the estimated delivery date but it took them almost two weeks after the estimated delivery date. Never recommended this app for delivery
Wouldn’t recommend, couriers somehow managed to miss a 1m tall letterbox. Now I’m having to travel 40 minutes to my nearest aramex to pick it up due to their incompetence, thanks team!!
