The worst delivery service in New Zealand is Aramex. Your parcel will never arrive unless you follow up or you have to go and pick it up from there depot. In addition to unhelpful customer service and poor communication. An advice: Do not deal with them if you can select alternative and better like NZ post is a better option.
One star is still too generous. Aramex is hands down the worst courier company I’ve dealt with. Failed delivery, flase delivery guarantees, and zero communication. I was told my parcel would be delivered “tomorrow” every single day this week after I rang them — it never showed up. No call backs, no tracking updates, no accountability. I’ve wasted so much time chasing a parcel that I paid for and still don’t have. Completely unreliable. Avoid if you have any choice.
I had to deliver an outgoing parcel to the depot myself following multiple days of having it sitting at my front doorstep. The service desk staff are not informed of anything particular to local drivers. Last time it was 2 weeks before getting picked up. Then the driver told me that they were away on leave for the 2 weeks. The delay cost me the sale and took too much of my time and energy trying to get it sorted out.
