I am very happy with the great service from Aramex Nelson when I rang to make a query regarding a parcel delivery today. The lovely lady at the office was super helpful and very pleasant to chat to. I'd happily choose Aramex Nelson again.
This company has been beyond frustrating and all they had to do was repay $40! They know who the courier driver is who accidentally put tracking tickets on the wrong parcels and for over one year I have rung (no one answers in Nelson), I've gone to their office 3 times, emailed locally and head office and nothing! I used to use them regularly and now I won't use them. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied in this company!
Customer service never answer their phones. It will be ringing for 5 minutes and just end. Trying to call enquiring about 2 parcels being picked up that wasnt booked in with them. They stole 2 cartons with their own labels and I am trying to get it back.
