What a nightmare this courier company is in Nelson. No-one answers the phone in Nelson. The couriers DO NOT drop off packages to the correct address. Hopeless service. I cannot find my delivery - having asked all my neighbours and looked everywhere after being told it was delivered. Where is the proof of delivery????
No matter what size or where the parcel was from. Aramex was consistently good and delivering parcels to my front door. The one time this company and driver decided to place my parcel in my letterbox - it was stolen.. you would think the driver would continue the routine of dropping off parcels at the front door and not in the letterbox. So thanks for that.
I have had a very poor experience with **Aramex Nelson**. Out of about 10 parcels, only 1 or 2 were actually delivered; the rest either vanished or were marked as “delivered” with no proof. The **Nelson depot does not pick up the phone at all**, and the only time I managed to get any response was by calling the **Timaru branch**, which had to contact Nelson and push them to attempt another delivery – which also failed for reasons that made no sense. Absolute rubbish service. I have had 2 email notifications this week to tell me my parcel would be delivered today and both times nothing turns up. Try ringing the Nelson depot. No-one answers the phone, no message. Go to the Aramex website to see what has happened and get a message to advise the driver was unable to deliver the parcel. What a complete lie. If nobody calls if course you can't deliver my parcel. Aramex service is a complete frigging joke and you have the cheek to charge people. Complete and utter crap service... read more
Second time. They say they couldn’t deliver. Never left calling card. Didn’t even leave a card to say they had been. I was home both times. Usually left in back of letter box. I think the courier just couldn’t be bothered. This branch needs an audit.
