Worst service ever and the rudest phone customer service,
I think it could be a bit faster
Called this morning in a panic and the lady on the phone was very helpful and kind. I didn’t catch her name, but hope she gets the recognition she deserves. My parcel was picked up and delivered in less than 24 hours between Queenstown and Blenheim, awesome service. Thank you Aramex Nelson!
Beyond frustrating dealing with this company . I ordered a parcel with postage being “authority to leave”. I was at home when they left a “sorry we missed you”. we have security cameras so saw them leave the card, but no knocking. The pardcel was sent authority to leave. Then i try to get it redelivered and the earliest is 4 days. But then they maynot deliver either. this is wrong. Aramex is the most frustrating and unreliable courier company i deal with.
I am very happy with the great service from Aramex Nelson when I rang to make a query regarding a parcel delivery today. The lovely lady at the office was super helpful and very pleasant to chat to. I'd happily choose Aramex Nelson again.
