This company has been beyond frustrating and all they had to do was repay $40! They know who the courier driver is who accidentally put tracking tickets on the wrong parcels and for over one year I have rung (no one answers in Nelson), I've gone to their office 3 times, emailed locally and head office and nothing! I used to use them regularly and now I won't use them. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied in this company!
Customer service never answer their phones. It will be ringing for 5 minutes and just end. Trying to call enquiring about 2 parcels being picked up that wasnt booked in with them. They stole 2 cartons with their own labels and I am trying to get it back.
Very helpful staff at Aramex
Parcel missing saying it was out for delivery 25 hours ago. Have tried ringing but cannot get any answer. Have spent over 1 hour also rang Head Office and given the run around. Told to do it online Very pissed off. The DLE Package had an item worth several hundred dollars.
